Antony is a professional social worker. With MA ( Social Welfare Administration ) from TISS , his core competency areas are Project Planning, Monitoring, and Development Communication.
He is working with Association for Leprosy Education Rehabilitation and Treatment – India ( ALERT -INDIA), a Mumbai based organisation for over 35 years.

His thrust area of work has been disease control projects – Leprosy Control as the priority.
